In rare cases, the time of birth cannot be corrected. In these cases, the consultation fee is refunded less bank charges or currency conversion charges. The failure rate, so far, is less than 1%

If the time of birth is found to be accurate during the preliminary analysis, the Client will be informed. If the Client does not want to proceed with the complete process, the fee will be refunded after adjusting the bank fee or currency conversion charges, if applicable. However, if the consultant has to go through the entire process to conclude that the given time of birth is accurate, then the fee will not be refunded.

Up to eight weeks is the standard lead time. Some cases take much less time. Other cases take longer. The Client will be informed of the progress from time to time. If the Client does not want to wait beyond eight weeks, the fee will be refunded after adjusting bank charges. However, this is a one-time activity, and the correct time of birth is required for all astrological consultations. It may be worthwhile for the Client to allow for the extra time. The choice, however, lies with the Client.

The process of correcting the time of birth is long. It needs input from the Client at every stage. The consultant must refer to all input from the Client at every subsequent stage. Every input from the Client must always be available to the consultant. For this process, a web meeting is not suitable. The process of correcting the time of birth cannot be completed in one sitting.

Ordering a Birth Time Correction as a gift for other family members is not suitable unless you are the Client’s parent. The process requires input from the Client at all stages. Some inputs are in the nature of events in the Client’s life that are known only to the Client. Answering these questions for others is not always accurate and may result in incorrect conclusions.

The correspondence is restricted between the consultant and the Client and is not shared by the consultant with any third party. After the consultation, the Client may ask for the entire string of emails and other data to be deleted from the email correspondence. The rectified birth time is not shared with anyone.
